Server console switch - firmware updates?

Hi Guys -- A slip of paper with the product says "download the latest firmware from www.compaq.com" -- well that doesn't help much!

I have tried searching the website for "Proliant Server COnsole Switch" and the like, and the part no (400337-B31) with little useful result.

Does anyone know where to look for firmware for this unit? It doesn't seem to fall into any of the normal categories you find -- servers, networking -- and there isn't a category for Racking. So what now...?!

The problem is (according to the customer, haven't seen it myself) that sometimes when you reboot a server you have to reboot the switch to be able to see what's up. And this makes nonsense of the very specific instructions with the switch that tell you the the switch MUST be powered up first, THEN the servers. Hmmm.

Have a nice day now...!
Chris
