    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, make sure the server is running on the latest firmware versions. Try to apply the latest SPP so you can make sure that everyting is at the latest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the IML logs to see when this first ocurred. If there are no clear messages of a possible hardware failer, it's better to open a support case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have here a DL360 Gen10 with Smart Array P408i-a SR. WE plugged new HDDs to configure it but the status of the controller within ILO is "Unknown" und can´t do anything because the contoller don´t see any HDDs . Did we missed something in the config ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any Solutions ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;perhaps the S100i is enabled which may make the drives not visible.&amp;nbsp; If you go into Bios/RBSU-&amp;gt;configuration-&amp;gt;storage options-SATA Controller Options you need to enable SATA ACHI and make sure the SW software RAID is disabled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
