    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may try clearing the server's NVRAM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;For this power off the server and remove the power cable from the power supplies.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Remove the access panel and identify the system maintenance switch.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You may refer to section "Server component identification &amp;gt; System maintenance switch (SW1)" on page 74 of the &lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&amp;amp;docId=c01062660" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;HPE ProLiant DL580 G5 Server's maintenance and server guide&lt;/A&gt; for identifying the system maintenance switch.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Once identified, set the switch 'S6' from the default position of 'Off' to 'On' and then power on the server.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Once you see the message that one or more of the system maintenance switch is turned and revert its position to default, then power off the server, remove the power cables and reverse the switch S6's position to Off.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power on the server and check if the issue is resolved. If the issue is resolved, then re-enter the server serial number and product ID in the server's BIOS. You may refer to page 57 of the above mentioned guide.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
