Update ROM Required- Cannot Download

Hello,

I am attempting to download the universal installer for a ROM flash update, but found that the "Download" link once selected simply opens the release notes, and doesn't download the file as expected. I cannot right-click and "Save target as..." either. The Windows installer does not do this, only the universal version - which I prefer to use.

Do I need an active contract or something to download the required files? Thank you.

What is the model of the server and what exact ROM version do you need?

Hello,

You may visit HPE Support Center and search for the product in question. Then click on tab "Products" and then click on the product model in question. In the product page, click on tab "Drivers and Software" and then download the software for the relevant component in question.
