Hello,

Please elaborate what the issue, as it could not be discerned from the image attached. What can be found out is the version of server's system ROM version and iLO's firmware version and not much else.

Regards,

Someone / maybe you <LI-EMOJI id="lia_slightly-smiling-face" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"></LI-EMOJI> probably tried to hide the server footprint and remove S/N and P/N under "advanced settings" from the server BIOS.

Please access the server BIOS and under "Advanced Settings" enter valid S/N and P/N. You will find the server S/N on the server case. You need both values correct. After the server reboot, correct UUID will be generated automaticly.

Thanks me later <LI-EMOJI id="lia_slightly-smiling-face" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"></LI-EMOJI>

Regards,

Hello,

If the issue is the unknown for UUID and serial number, then the issue may be related to a iLO/BIOS communication problem. Are you getting any errors during POST? I have typically seen this associated with a RESTful API type error as in the one below:
https://techlibrary.hpe.com/docs/iss/shared/error_gen10/GUID-9376C19D-E19B-4F6B-B5B4-BB7E3A0F73E2.html#:~:text=338%2DRESTful%20API%20Error%20%E2%80%93%20Unable,refresh%20the%20BIOS%20REST%20provider.

Regards
