Secure Web Console

I am using a Secure Web Console. Its an external box that looks like an older network jet direct box for printers. When connecting, it has an option to upgrade the software.

It is asking for :'Source System Ip Address___'
'File Path___'.

Do I need to pull down the upgrade 1st then install it to the web console. I dont understand how to do this. Any help appreciated.

Here are the only instructions I could find. where do I get the upgrade files?

Upgrading the software on the HP Secure Web Console
Consult your Hewlett-Packard representative to obtain information about accessing upgrade files.

Setting upgrade parameters
When upgrading your HP Secure Web Console software, you will be prompted to enter the following parameters:

Source system IP address: Enter the IP address of the server where the upgrade code is available.

File path: Enter the full file path name of the upgrade file.

Customized login: Enter the login if the upgrade data is not at an anonymous ftp site

Customized password: Enter the login password if the site is not an anonymous ftp site
