      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon After updating from an iso image, the system does not see the network card either ilo or the operating system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The MAC address of the device is on the form 00:00:00:00, and status unknown&lt;BR /&gt;Please advise or help to solve the problem, or what should be done?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please tell us what the server model is and what is the network card model.&lt;BR /&gt;Also which ISO image did you update?&lt;BR /&gt;What is the operating system in this server?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In general, you may need to update the NIC Firmware or the network card may have gone bad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You!&lt;BR /&gt;I work with HPE but opinions expressed here are mine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=sf000091805en_us" target="_blank"&gt;HPE Tech Tips videos on How To and Troubleshooting topics&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
