Other than calling Support to ask them, is it possible to lookup an SAID by one of the serial numbers associated with the SAID using a public webpage?

I only see five pound signs (#####) in the Identifier field even though the support agreement doesn't expire for another week. Is that because the SAID is not linked to my account?

If it’s not showing SAID information that means SAID is not linked to your account.
Hence you have to link SAID to your account to get complete warranty.

every time I buy an HPE parts I don't receive SAID linked to my account: how I can solve this issue?

also my partner account manager isn't able to solve this issue from 2 years...

I am in the same thing. called support but they need SAID and no where to be found.

How can one find the SAID without calling so many numbers and going in loop. Should be simple.
