ILO Firmware general information

Hi all,
I am new user using HPE iLO model, My model is ProLiant DL360 Gen10, use HPE iLO 52.71 Jul 04 2022, using HPE iLO web interface
My questions are

when there have new firmware version, how we know, in HPE iLO web interface will pop out notification on firmware dahboard ?
How to read and understand our the firmware information, because when i check to document at HPE support website. https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/?language=en_US, when i compare the firmware name the name is different , example, at Firmware & OS Software -Installed Firmware dashboard Marvell FastLinQ 41000 Series - 2P 25GbE SFP28 QL41232HLCU-HC MD2 Adapter - NIC 08.55.14 PCI-E Slot 3 in HPE iLo, support website have similar firmware name Marvell FastLinQ Firmware Package for Arrowhead adapters

Do we have sandbox or test environment to simulate HPE iLO web interface
For starter, any suggestion platform or resource to understand the feature on HPE iLO web interface

Hi lejikosy,
1) For notification on latest updated and other new features:
a) First, you have to sign up for Email notification for HPE products by this link.
b) If you already have the Signup for Email notification, you can refer this link to select specific product to get the Email commanication on HPE updates.
2) How to read and understand our the firmware information : In the firmware download web site itself you will get the tabs such as Release notes, revision history, installation steps, enhancements and fixes. You can read the required information.

3) As per my knowledge, We don't havesandbox or test environmentto simulateHPE iLO web interface. But you can get lot of videos on support.hpe.com.
4) For a new user, HPE support website has lot of information resources such as documents, tech tips videos, forum discussions etc. where you can get the installables as well.

The problems are I am confused how to read my firmware name, example the firmware full name in my HPE iLO web interface and search in hpe support, i fail to find the firmware name.

Hi lejikosy,
Download the SPP bundle compatible for all HPE Gen10 servers. Refer the installation instructions provided in the SPP web site. It updates the firmware of iLO, System ROM BIOS, Devices such as HBA, RAID controllers, Network adapters etc.
