@SK_jsr

Good day!

Remember that accessing .ahs files from out-of-warranty servers might not be officially supported by HPE, and you should proceed with caution. Always ensure that you have proper backups and safeguards in place before attempting any diagnostic or configuration changes on your servers.

Here are some steps you can try to access and read .ahs files on HPE servers:

>> Even if your server is out of warranty or an AMC, it's worth reaching out to HPE Support. They might be able to provide you with a tool or guidance on accessing and reading .ahs files. They may offer limited support for out-of-warranty products.

>> You mentioned that InfoSight is not taking any logs from your servers. Ensure that you have configured InfoSight correctly. Sometimes, issues can be related to configuration rather than the warranty status of the servers.

>> If you have HPE OneView installed and configured, it might have some built-in capabilities to read and analyze .ahs files. Check the OneView documentation and interface for this functionality.

>> .ahs files are essentially XML files that contain system health and diagnostic data. You can open them with a text editor to manually examine the contents. While this won't provide a user-friendly interface, it can still give you access to the raw data. However, interpreting this data may require some knowledge of HPE server diagnostics.

Or I will leave for other users may have encountered similar issues and could offer insights or solutions.

Good luck
