KVM Switch - video, keyboard, mouse not responding

Compaq 8-port KVM switch not responding. no video, keyboard & mouse not responding.

Switch is connecting to a Proliant ML530 which has a RIB light out edition card in it. 3 other PCs are also connect to it.

Already replaced the console switch box, RIB card, Compaq keyboard/mouse & after a day, same problem happen again.

The display will start blinking & the keyboard/mouse will have no response when trying to switch to another screen. Prt Screen also no response.

Had upgraded the KVM firmware before (SP21898), still same problem. RIB firmware also upgraded to the latest version last week.

Got another KVM replacement today, now try to connect to just 1 server & I'll monitor it for 2 days.
