To work in RDP on Windows Server 2022, is the GPU on the server or on the client more important?
I have a modest Nvidia Quadro k620, where do I mount it?

Hi,

AFAIK, the GPU should be on the client side if the rendering is happening on the client machine, but my assumption could be wrong.

Precise that the server performs normal office operations, the gpu would only be to have the best view on the client, thanks

I would say Mount the Nvidia Quadro K620 in the server. This setup will allow the server to handle demanding graphical tasks efficiently during RDP sessions, providing a smoother and more responsive remote desktop experience. The client device’s GPU plays a lesser role and is generally sufficient for displaying the remote session.
