Memory Configuration

Hello Everyone

Please help me I have an issue Server's Memory

I want to remove the memory that has the problem from the server but I don't know what memory number I need to remove.

- Memory error on Processor 2: Memory Port: 12

- But Memory Processor 2: Memory port: 7 is empty

Server: ProLiant DL380 Gen9

Processor 1: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2640 v4 @ 2.40GHz
Processor 2: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2640 v4 @ 2.40GHz

Dear Khemarith

From the shared DIMM config Processor 2, DIMM 7 is not Present.
Which is not a balanced Configuration. There is a link given for DIMM population for DL360. Please folow it.

I would request you to log a HPE support case for more clearity.
