Hello Justin,

That's good.

As far as your question, frankley speaking changing the IP address of your SSMC server is a critical task.

You can consider the below steps via SSMC interface

Main Menu > Configure Network>> Navigate to the SSMC web interface.>> Go to the Main Menu, select Configure Network.>> Update the IP address information as needed>> Save changes and restart it.

I hope it helps! Let me know...

@Mr_Techie Mr. Techie,

I hate to look like a fool but I guess if you don't ask you don't learn.

I must be missing something as you mentioned changing the IP from the SSMC Web Interface. I am currently on version 3.6 (I know it's downlevel) and I am not aware of a web interface with the options that you provided. I can log into the command line and get a test based main menu where #1 is Configure Network. I can hit the web interface on port 8443 and manage the StoreServ devices or I can go to the Admistrative Console. Not seeing a web interface to manage the SSMC IP.

If I hit #1 from the test based Main menu I get the follow.

To prepare your SSMC Appliance for initialization, configure
the SSMC Appliance's hostname, IP address, subnet mask, and
default gateway. You may then access the SSMC from the Serv-
ice Console at the new IP address.

Press ENTER to continue.

You listed the following.

Main Menu > Configure Network >> Navigate to the SSMC Web Interface....

Thanks.
