Fans over 85%

I have a ProLiant XL420 Gen9 server
It is running Esxi 7.0.3. His fans don't go down to 86%, which causes a lot of noise. I would like to know if there is anything that can be done about this.

Please update firmware codes to latest for you server via Gen9 Service Pack for ProLiant and install AMS Bundle for VMware ESXi 7.0.
