Single Use KVM Console Switch Password

We need to reset a G3 KVM console switch password. When you click on reset password, a window with the following number +1-800-806-3425 shows up. The screen says to call this number and share Key and UID to generate one time password.

The issue is that number directed us to a medical company not HPE support.

Please advise,

Issue is still unresolved as the number that shows up on KVM screen is unreachable. As the post you so kindly shared points out that a one-time password must be generated by HPE. Can I share Key and UID with you to help us generate a one-time password?
