HPE R5000 G1 and G2 battery replacement

I have multiple HPE R5000 G1 and G2 UPS's in use. Is a HPE represenative required to replace the battery packs?

1. Can I purchase the replacement battery pack from HPE for my HPE R5000 G1 and G2?

2. Will someone come on site and replace the battery pack or is it a end user replaceable part?

3. How do we dispose of the old battery pack?
