      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hpe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2059749"&gt;@Mawuena&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Can you please post us the issue detected over PRTG?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Are you using the PRTG application, added HPE server and added all 5 sensors?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Actually, you have to refer the iLO events and logs. Iit is HPE standard interface tool to configure and monitor the server.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if any notification in PRTG about hardware issues, you can run '&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=sd00003788en_us&amp;amp;page=GUID-D7147C7F-2016-0901-0A72-0000000005A5.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Embedded diagnostics&lt;/A&gt;' to get the issue detail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please mark as '&lt;STRONG&gt;Accepted solution&lt;/STRONG&gt;' and give '&lt;STRONG&gt;Kudos&lt;/STRONG&gt;' if my post worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Shiva_jr&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
