I recently got a 408965-001 kvm switch.
Please I need firmware update available for it? to access Webpage . The probelm that when i conacted any servert to KVM is not shown in screen as conacted at all .

Could you please check this link and refer page 33 for information on how to update the firmware.
This is the latest firmware link available for G4 KVM Console Switch.
