HP IP KVM Switch One Time Password

I recently got a KVM-switch which requires a password to access the GUI.

When clicking the 'I forgot the password' in the GUI it gives me a key and eid and tells me to contact HP Support to receive a one-use-password.

The HP Support Chat can't find the Serial Number.

However, there is no mentioning where to contact them. How / where do I get the one-use-password to recover access to the kvm-console-gui?
