Power Trust II UPS (A6585A)

I need to know if anyone has configured the Power Trust II UPS (A6585A) to not start up or power on after power is restored when there has been a power outage. I am looking to not have my systems come back on-line until I am there to monitor the systems come back up, I want to push the power on button.

Is their something in the configuration to make this happen?
