    <description>Dear Rob,&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your documents.&lt;BR /&gt;But I can not find the answer to reset the screen saver password .&lt;BR /&gt;Actually I didn't input any password, maybe I press the wrong key , so the screen saver was locked.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you advise how can I use the MS HyperTerminal (Connect to the serial port) to manager the server console switch ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Kelvin</description>

      <description>Connect the serial port of the switch to the COM port of your PC. Use a straight through RS232 cable.  You will need to know the number of the PC's com port. Note: For Windows 95 and Windows 2000, please use COM1 port. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and try to connect to the console switch serial port, and enter 5 on the main menu to restore factory defaults, including the original user name and password (Admin/blank&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Robin&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Dear Robin,&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks so much !&lt;BR /&gt;I will try to use reset the password in Winxp- Hyper Term, with the Comport Cable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Before I do it , Can you advise the parameter of the Com Port ? Such as the Bit Rate, Bit Rate, Parity, Stop Bits, Flow Control (Default:9600,8,N,1,Hardware) .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Kelvin</description>
