Dear Rob,
Thanks for your documents.
But I can not find the answer to reset the screen saver password .
Actually I didn't input any password, maybe I press the wrong key , so the screen saver was locked.
Can you advise how can I use the MS HyperTerminal (Connect to the serial port) to manager the server console switch ?

Connect the serial port of the switch to the COM port of your PC. Use a straight through RS232 cable. You will need to know the number of the PC's com port. Note: For Windows 95 and Windows 2000, please use COM1 port.

Thanks so much !
I will try to use reset the password in Winxp- Hyper Term, with the Comport Cable.

Before I do it , Can you advise the parameter of the Com Port ? Such as the Bit Rate, Bit Rate, Parity, Stop Bits, Flow Control (Default:9600,8,N,1,Hardware) .
