How do I invoke the OSD on a Compaq 3310 KVM OSD?

I have a Compaq rack-mounted 3310 KVM switch (8-ports, ps/2 connectors, P/N 169968-002). There are 4 devices currently connected and the switch works fine manually. My question is; How do I invoke the OSD? Pressing the Print Screen key just sequentially blinks all ports from right to left, but doesn't stop on any active ports and will only stop if the key is pressed a second time. CTRL-CTRL does not work either. Also, how do I update the firmware?

I tried attaching the user guide for the above mentioned switch, but it is over the limit allowed (1MB). Can you please post your email address so that I can send to you directly. This should contain answers to your questions. If not please send me details of the issue your are experiencing.
