UPS cannot charge

Hi,

I am facing the probs that the battery cannot charge.

UPS is A1354A-PowerTrust II-LR 2.0kVA(1.4kW) UPS 230V with battery HP-A1357A. One day, my battery cannot be charged. Leds is
(A) - is green - Operating on AC line
(B)&(C)&(D) - off
(E) - green & off periodly
(F) - green

There are no beeps anymore.
I tried to replace another battery but go the same status.

Pls help to troubleshoot my situation.

Some of these units have a bypass switch which lets you bypass the battery and use building power directly. Check that switch is not in the bypass position.

Failing that, You may have a bad PDU. The Power Distribution Unit will have to be replaced.

Server connecting to thisUPS is woking normally. the battery can live about 10mins after power outage,

Anybody tells me the LEDs indication in normal working status of UPS and battery. How to know if the battery is charding.

Of course I looked this guide. But you can see above, My ed status is not included in your attachment so that I cannot understand what the problem is.
