      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am facing the probs that the battery cannot charge.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;UPS is A1354A-PowerTrust II-LR 2.0kVA(1.4kW) UPS 230V with battery HP-A1357A. One day, my battery cannot be charged. Leds is &lt;BR /&gt;(A) - is green - Operating on AC line&lt;BR /&gt;(B)&amp;amp;(C)&amp;amp;(D) - off&lt;BR /&gt;(E) - green &amp;amp; off periodly&lt;BR /&gt;(F) - green &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are no beeps anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to replace another battery but go the same status.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pls help to troubleshoot my situation.&lt;BR /&gt;Appreciate all your help,&lt;BR /&gt;Veron</description>

      <description>Some of these units have a bypass switch which lets you bypass the battery and use building power directly.  Check that switch is not in the bypass position.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Failing that, You may have a bad PDU. The Power Distribution Unit will have to be replaced.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
