Is there any way to reset the password on the Secure Web console without
resetting it?

NO , you have to reset.

If there is only one administrator configured,
and if the he/she has forgotten the password, the
only solution is 'factory reset'.

If there are more than one administrator, any
of the administrator can login and edit the
user profile and modify the password.
