The part number for the SERVICE MANUAL is 5957-9991. May I commend to you PARTSURFER? It is available under the search feature, keyword PARTSURFER and will list the part numbers for all the 700/92 components. However, if it is truly service you are interested in and not the reference manual may I point out that 700/92's are available on the 3rd party market rather cheaply. It might be better to buy a new one.

I am a tech for a company that uses the HP 700/92
terminals. We are trying to locate a service manual for them, but so far have been unsuccessful.
A company that we called wanted to know the FCC ID
number of the terminal, but none was found.
Are there different versions of the HP 700/92?
We are looking at trying to hang onto the terminals as
they serve our purpose without the expense of an upgrade.

Randall Deyoe
Tech
Eagle Comtronics
rdeyoe@twcny.rr.com

Randall,
The only difference in 700/92 Terminals is the screen color.

The part numbers for the manuals are:
5957-9971 700/92 & 700/94 English User's Manual
5957-9982 700/92 & 700/94 Reference Manual

but I'm afraid they aren't available any longer.
