      <description>Has anyone had any issues with the mac address on the UPS Management Module no displaying correctly. Also the serial number as "admin"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to restore the setttings to factory defaults and it goes back to the same think.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone tried this:&lt;BR /&gt;1.       <description>Alex, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-Those hidden commands should enter at the Module Configuration Menu. MAC address is entered with a space in between bytes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-It seems your new module's FW could have been corrupted.
