KVM password reset

Hi , I have an 8 port KVM(Part no.336044-b21) .I forgot the password. I tried to connect the serial cable. But Hyper terminal screen is blank . It is not able to connect. Can anybody help me to reset the password?

What does the manual say? There's probably a pin hole for resetting.
