    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a problem with the rack UPS(RT 3000nh) and ERM(RT 3000em), the management module conencted to it show that the UPS got 19% load on that with 99% battery with 128 min run time but practically when we tested it gave us only 10 min run time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;These are brand new UPS and charged for 2 days before putting any load on them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could anyone suggest me where the issue is&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;BR /&gt;Subhash</description>
