    <description>- Not sure where to place this question. Don't find a good location ...&lt;BR /&gt;
Have a R3000 XR with 1 ERM. Upgraded the Firmware to 1.09, level needed to "see the ERM"&lt;BR /&gt;
Still not recongized. and now the utility light is red...  &lt;BR /&gt;
Any suggestions appreciated..&lt;BR /&gt;
