topic Compaq KVM switch password in Servers - General

Hi, I recently dug up an old COMPAQ KVM switch from our server room, that I would like to recommision.
Problem is, there is a password on the box - that nobody knows.
Is it possible to clear these through the use of a master password, or some other method.
I have checked the main board and there are no jumpers on the mainboard, so that is that option exhausted. I would rather not have to go and buy one, when i have a perfectly fine one here beside me. Any help at all would be appreciated in this matter.
Thx in advance
