    <description>Depending on the KVM vendor you may have to disable the hot plug keyboard option using the System Configuration Utility in Advanced mode.  I had to do this with almost all my servers because we are using BlackBox KVMs.</description>

      <title>Loss of keyboard function</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When switching between machines using the KVM 1x 8 port (400337-001) the keyboard is lost, although display &amp;amp; mouse are OK. Is this a common fault &amp;amp; is there a know fix for this please?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>A lot depends on which keyboard you're using. Some customers have reported that off-brand keyboards have caused similar problems. 2 suggestions - try another keyboard - and try a different port.</description>
