I think the KVM 4110 switch is identical to an APEX Outlook EL-80DT. Documentation is available at:

Michael, have you found a solution for the KVM switch? I am in the same boat and tried the suggested response but either my KVM is malfuntioning or the suggested answer was incorrect.
