KVM G2 console wont upgrade IA firmware

I have a KVM G2 with three usb IA's working fine, but I now need to add another couple of adpators. I purchase 2 adaptors but although they show up in the on-screen, when I try to use the device server, I just see "free". I can't update the device name, and updating the firmware doesn't seem to do anything at all.

the IAs all have the MPN 520-341-511, but new ones have a firmware of 2.00.05 while the original ones have a firmware of 2.00.04.

Just an update to my original post. I was able to get my new Interface adaptors working by updating the firmware on the KVM ( HP Server Console 0x2x8 Port Analog Switch) using the following link:

Once I had the firmware updated, the KVM was able to flash the IA's and I'm now able to see my servers.
