I wonder if there is any Windows-software out there, that would let my laptop's NIC connect, with a serial cable, to what-ever-I-need, ie a unix-server console? <BR /><BR />The idea would be to have some sort of software running, and having a cable with RJ45 connected to my PC, and the other end being a std RS232-like thingie, connecting the latter to whatever needed console.<BR /><BR />Is there software for that kind of thing out there?<BR /><BR />Thanx in advance.
