We currently have a Bind implemetation of DNS running (comp.com) we are moving to Active Directory (comp.local) and I have a question about the reverse entry lookups. Since the AD DNS will have it's own reverse zones; Can I or How do I update the legacy domain's reverse lookups to the AD's?

I'm a little bit confused with your last phrase, Can I or How do I update the legacy domain's reverse lookups to the AD's?

Will both domains exist at the same time or one will be retired (legacy)?

Both domains will have the same computer information at least for some hosts?.

Probably, your best option is to use the reverse domain in your AD and configure a forwarder in your BIND server.
