Did you find an answer to this yet?
I've been looking for examples of how to set the DiffServ code point using the QoS API but i'm unsuccessful.

We have Voice (VoIP) and Data coming out of the same NIC of our Windows Boxes. To improve the Quality of voice (minimize network transport delay of those IP/UDP Packets) we are looking for a Windows Tool that lets us give the VoIP Application (SoftPhone) priority over other running applicatons by setting a specific DiffServ codepoint within the IP Packets.
Since Winsock2 there is a QOS API for Windows and our HP 4000??s switches can do DiffServ priorisation; so did anyone see what we are looking for anywhere?

thanks, bernard
