      <description>Is there a tool for identifying the task that has a TCP port open in the Listening state.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(ex. lsof -i on unix)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know netstat -a will list open ports but it does not show to which process it is connected.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>
