I'm looking for a website (networking tutorials)

I posted this in the HP UX forum (General) and did not find that website (it's taking it's toll now- I think it's a really cool website)

I saw a link to this website in a forum link, someone sugguested to view this site for an explanation of subnets.
The link could have been from Microsoft>Networking.

"I'm looking for a website (networking tutorials).

I saw a link somewhere in HPUX networking, can't find it now.

It's a rather colourful website explaining networking (subnetting) and the protocol's.
It's hosted by a network administrator who's pasted a picture of his computers in a rack cabinet.
There's a download section where one can download Crazy Browser amongst other utilities.

I've searched for the link but cannot find it!
