HP NAS 2000s Array Configuration Utility Password?

Hi,

In our HP NAS 2000s we have never had the option to set the Array Configuration Utility Password for the Remote Service Setup.

The documentation states that you can set the password when you switch from local to remote operation but we were never prompted for a password so now only local mode works and that won't work from the HP NAS webinterface.

Hi Clemens,

Short answer: (case-sensitive on both user and password)
username: administrator
password: administrator

The ACU runs through the Insight Manager web service/server. So if you have used that before you may have changed the password. (https://localhost:2381)

On every 2000s there are Three (3) different administrator logins:
1. OS - Administrator (hpinvent)
2. Insight - administrator (administrator)
3. ILo - Administrator (check tag)

The username is case-sensitive on everything but the OS.
