If you are using virtual replicator:

check the event log, VR posts events to the event log.

If you are using VR, most probably you are exceeding a policy (registry)

I believe I have everything conifgured properly to take 8 hourly snapshots and 1 daily snapshots on 3 different volumes. One of the volumes is unused at this time, a second is working properly, but on the third, I am not getting any snapshots made.

Any ideas on where the problem may lie?

I don't know what the virtual replicator is, but I don't see any mention of it in the log files. The Persistent Data service i am using came loaded on the box from Compaq.

Even though you are using PSM instead of VR, you should stilll check to see if there are event log entries that might tell you what the problem is. PSM will log event log entries, just like VR does.
