Service Release setup error

I'm trying to update to SR 5.6 a DL380 G4 storage server edition ( 371224-B21 ) but the procedure fails with a generic "Hp Storage Server Service Release Setup error" .
It doesn't show any additional error or message . The hardware is supported by this SR . What can be the cause of the problem ?

Hi,

It will be helpful for us to debug if you could provide some more information:

1. Was the SR5.6 installation over SR5.5 or SR5.4?
2. Does the Windows SP1 installation finished successfully?
3. Did it rebooted after SP1 installation.
4. Is the "Windows Management Instrumentation" service running?
5. At what stage this error occured,
@ after Welcome page (it says "Welcome to Installshield wizard for HP Storage Server Service Release 5.6").
@ after End User license agreement is displayed.
@ after "select features" page is displayed.
