topic B2000 Server in Network Attached Storage (NAS) - Enterprise

I have a B2000 server running powered for windows OS. I am trying to upgrade firmware and cannot get the server to boot to floppy for upgrade. The floppy drive works, when the server is up I can see the files on the floppy drive. I have changed the boot order and cannot get it to boot for firmware upgrade.

I made the floppy using "SP22007.exe". Should I be able to boot using that? What else can I try?

Thanks
Mike
