    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NAS model : vnx 7.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;os version : Red hat Linux 4.4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we performed the NAS microcode upgrade .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after upgrading,we faced the below issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for example&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I copy a file name "test1.file"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;---------------------------------------------------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rw- rw- rw userA&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;admin&amp;nbsp; test1.file&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;----------------------------------------------------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am login to the server with my individual account , userB and I am executing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cp -ip test1.file /home/userB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after executing copy command,&amp;nbsp;owner getting changed automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;instead of&amp;nbsp;owner to be remained &amp;nbsp;as userA and admin,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;owner getting changed automatically to userB and userB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what could be the issue ???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we tested for other mount points (for internal disk and SAN mount point),there are no issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;problem only is with NAS mount point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is that problem with OS or NAS ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
