    <description>Based on the error condition encountered, it appears that the ASM agent on the Exchange server is not installed, or did not install correctly.  &lt;BR /&gt;Please verify that the agent is properly installed and running on the Exchange server. &lt;BR /&gt;We would also suspect that there is a name resolution issue.  Make sure that both servers have DNS configured properly, and that each server can resolve each other's names.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I am receiving the following error attempting to run the 'Host an Exchange Storage Group Wizard'.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"Could not communicate with the Exchange Agent on &lt;HOST&gt;.  Please check that the &lt;BR /&gt;Application Storage Manager Agent software is properly installed on &lt;HOST&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Error Details:&lt;BR /&gt;Failed to populate storage groups: Failed populating storage groups: DIscovery of&lt;BR /&gt;storage groups failed: Error retrieving Exchange storage group.  CDOEXM is not&lt;BR /&gt;supported on Recovery objects.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ID no: c1032221&lt;BR /&gt;Microsoft CDO for Exchange Management"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone help with this error ?&lt;/HOST&gt;&lt;/HOST&gt;</description>
