A problem has appeared after secure path failover in our production environment ( cluster failover hasn't been done). For detailed inforamtion see please attached file.

What firmware do you have on the MSA? You mentioned that you have a MSA v1, but not the firmware. If you do not have the newer firware, you are sure to have some problems with Windows Sp4 and Secure Path 4a.

Please let us know, if you have not fixed the issue yet.
