Hi A custumer have a RA4100 strorage with window 2000 , he want upgrade to windows 2003.

There some reason for whitch is not possible to see the LUNs presented to the server.

Witch will be the right FCA to be used with this RA4100 and a Proliant DL380 G3,

When the customer made the installation was possible to see a tape library that was in the same SAN ,

The ACU let me assign The LUN to the new FCA but it was not possible that windows 2003 see the LUNs some idea.

Have you checked compatibility guide?

I don't have it at hand, but for Windows 2003 Enteprise Edition is

I have an RA4100 working with a DL360 G4 and Windows 2003 SP1 using the following FC host adapter:
Compaq option: 120186-b21
Compaq spare: 161290-001

Do not try to use:
Compaq option: 176479-b21
Compaq spare: 176804-002

I think you have an hba driver Issue.

I have ML530 with (sadly) 176479-b21 & RA4100
Am I likely to get it working (either direct or via 8-EL switch)

Win 2000 would do

Anybody any idea hot to configure the beast?
