Hello, where can I get some help reading and understanding about SAN.

I am inerveiwing for a job and they are looking for someone with some SAN knowledge. Like what kind of questions would relate to SAN.

You can try checking some of the key SAN player sites such as
Brocade
http://www.brocade.com/san/white_papers_SANs.jsp
has SAN basics and design papers.
EMC
http://www.emc.com/techlib/
look under storage systems
and of course HP has a lot as well.
http://www1.itrc.hp.com/service/iv/enterService.do
under storage.

That should get you started.
