As far as I know, from the time when I was more involved in EMC storages: EMC does not allow open forums (i.e. interchange of Q/A between customers) on their site.
On powerlink every answer is given by EMC itself, not by customers.
However powerlink gives enough information (if you have access of course :) )

I registered with powerlink and although it did not have the forums that I was looking for it did give me access to some WP and documentation that might help.

Actually I just created such a place. I was also trying to find a good place to go to discuss emc topics but found nothing. So I created one emcforums.com
