      <description>No error message when I add any host in Enable Host field for IA64 windows2003+sp1.. But, the state was always "?" and no other information there... I check DNS query host that is OK. correct!! and RSM Host Agent which is IA64 windows also installed and check ok.. So, I don't know what's going on....       <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your problem is not in IA64 platform, I also get same behaviour when running x86 Windows 2003 SP1 Enterprise server, I guess HP have some issue with SP1 new features and RSM Agent.&lt;BR /&gt;Sharon Almog</description>

      <description>Scot,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also noticed that the problem is being reflected in the "discovery host" phase which takes at leat 50 seconds while compatring it to successfull case which takes 5 seconds !!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have forwaded our case to Senior support level in HP, and will post you reply when I get one ;-) &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sharon Almog</description>

      <description>Hi Hank,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;According to Local HP Support,they didnt faced such phenomena and they claim that they works well with Windows 2003 SP1 as RSM Agent...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope that someone from HP Engineering will be able to provide any direction for troubleshooting such a painfull problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sharon</description>

      <description>Same thing try to add a HP-UX hosts.&lt;BR /&gt;A reboot of the RSM server will help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;rsm 1.2.200&lt;BR /&gt;hpux 11.11</description>
